✨ Just A Girl From Mattapan: A Fly Girl's From the Bean to Bama and Beyond

Hey Sis,
Pull up a seat and let me tell you who I am—beyond the bios, resumes, and hashtags.

I’m Andrea Camille Stallworth.
Just a girl from Mattapan with Boston roots, Alabama warmth, and a divine calling too powerful to keep quiet.

I’m a Brown Girl full of wisdom, clarity, purpose, vision, and softness—and I move like I believe in every ounce of it.
I’m not chasing trends—I’m honoring legacy.
I’ve evolved from noise to nuance. From performing strength to embodying peace.
And I’m just getting started.

💁🏾‍♀️ Who I Am

I’m Josie and Willie’s daughter.
I’m Sam and June’s little sister.
I’m a proud Boston Public School grad who was shaped by the city but nurtured by the South.
I’m a first-generation Black Bostonian, now living a purpose-driven life in Alabama with my mama, my camera, my glow-up, and my peace.
I’m a lifelong learner, a culture keeper, and a woman who’s rewriting the script—on her own terms.

🎓 What I Do (With Intention)

I’m an educator, international trainer, curriculum architect, wellness advocate, and healing-centered coach.
I teach, write, build, photograph, and lead with soul.

For nearly 20 years, I’ve served across education, social work, nonprofit leadership, and coaching—helping others find their voice, their balance, and their breakthrough.

Where I’ve Poured In:

  • Director of Field Education at Tuskegee University

  • Adjunct Professor at the University of Kentucky and Utica University

  • Curriculum Designer + Trainer for Ethiopian professionals at Bule Hora University

  • USAID-funded Digital Literacy Educator for students in St. Lucia

  • Emergency Grant Writer for vital community services in Rhode Island

  • Facilitator of coaching and wellness workshops for professionals across the U.S. and abroad

💫 The Vibe

I’m a Fly Girl who believes femininity is soft and strategic.
I’m a coach and creative who makes space for other women to cry, curse, create, and come home to themselves.
I’m equal parts red lip and research paper.
Part poetry, part planner.

I don’t coach from ego—I coach from experience.
I’ve lived through burnout, betrayal, layoffs, and life resets.
Now I help women move from breakdowns to breakthroughs—with clarity, confidence, and compassion.

I believe healing is holy work.
I believe softness is not a weakness—it’s a superpower.
And I believe your peace is not up for debate.

📸 My Creative Heart

What most people don’t know?
I’m a visual storyteller who captures the sacred in the everyday.
From Key West sunsets to Oakland murals to the Edmund Pettus Bridge, I turn moments into meaning—through photography, art blocks, and curated jewelry.

Fly Girl by Andrea is my creative brand—where travel, healing, and art collide. It’s for the woman becoming the masterpiece and the muse.

💌 Brown Girl Wisdom

Brown Girl From Boston began as a blog. Now it’s a movement, a message, and a mirror for women who are evolving, elevating, and exhaling.

I write to the version of us who are tired but still hopeful.
The one who wants to quit—but knows she’s being called higher.
I write Dear Sis letters, affirmations, truths, and tools—because I know what it’s like to feel unseen in a world that expects you to keep going.

You don’t need permission to pause.
You don’t need to prove your softness.
You don’t have to explain why you want joy.

This space is where you get to evolve.

🎤 Final Word

I’m not trying to go viral.
I’m trying to go deep—into healing, purpose, peace, and overflow.

So if you're in your season of becoming—quietly or boldly—I’m walking with you.
You’re safe here. You’re celebrated here. You’re seen here.

With love, softness, and a vision that won’t shrink,

Andrea Camille Stallworth
