#ProtectYaMentalHealthMonday

Congrats to all the members of the Brown Girl Tribe who are graduating this semester from school. I am very proud of you and you made it!
This post is for all my students in the tribe who are preparing for finals. I've been there, done that fifty-eleven times lol. I just want to provide some tips from now until the end of the semester.
Tip 1
✔️Schedule time to study daily.
✔️Create an organized environment to study at/in.
✔️Don't cram for the exam, which will enhance anxiety, forgetfulness, and lack of confidence in the subject.
✔️Don't just freestyle your study time, but actually set aside time and study.
✔️Find a studious, responsible, and accountable study partner or join a group of a maximum of 4 students.(4 people will bring their personalities, roles, and hopefully different insight into the group dynamics)
✔️Set a set schedule for studying, create healthy boundaries, schedules, and breaks while studying. Stick to a schedule to develop a coherent of goals of passing the final exam, communication, and structure.
